Shipping Policy

All Cowboy Butter LLC orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, typically within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and shipping method selected.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. Cowboy Butter LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at "lukegibbons@cowboybutter.shop". Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

After a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery issues become the responsibility of the carrier. However, we will always do our best to help assist you in resolving shipping problems when possible.

Cowboy Butter LLC is not responsible for:

  • delayed deliveries

  • lost packages

  • stolen packages marked as delivered

  • carrier-related shipping delays

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help make it right.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
