Returns & Refunds

At Cowboy Butter LLC, we genuinely care about making products people can trust and enjoy using daily. If something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Because of the nature of grooming and personal care products, we currently do not accept returns on used or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, if your order arrives:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • incorrect

  • or with a shipping issue

please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lukegibbons@cowboybutter.shop with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Unused and unopened products may be eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We do not guarantee results based on individual hair type, styling routine, or preference

  • Natural ingredient variations in texture, color, or scent may occur slightly from batch to batch and are not considered defects
